We want you to be happy with you purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the merchandise for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery date. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Complete the return form enclosed with your order for prompt processing of your return. Returns postmarked after 7 days of delivery date will not be accepted.
A $5.95 shipping charge applies to exchanged items unless item is defective or an error was made on our behalf and must be sent to Orders@JosephinesFashionBoutique.com through PayPal along with a note of your order number. Exchanges sent back without the $5.95 shipping fee will be processed as a return. Please contact us to confirm the availability of your desired exchange item, so that we can reserve it for you.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless item is defective or an error was made on our behalf. The total purchase price will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee and actual shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received any promotion such as free shipping or discounted shipping, the full cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Fragrances and gift certificates are FINAL SALE, and are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items purchased from our ebay, bonanzle, and other online stores are subject to the policies set forth under those listings.
If an item that has been ordered is no longer available, you will be fully refunded both the purchase price and the shipping cost for that item.
Please allow up to five business days after your return has been received for your refund or exchange to be processed.
